    Ive been using this work out and only about 2 weeks ive lost 8kg already. Im still eating healthy and not doing any extreme diet but i didnt eat at night it really make my body lost so much weight. I feel even more healthy tho. Doing any work out should aligned with your diet too. No need to do any extreme diet just eat twice a day and dont ever skip breakfast. Eat before 12 pm or 5 pm, make sure to eat more side dish and dont eat too much carbohydrates,soda and sweet. If you like to snacking just replaced it with fruit. And if you still have the habit to eat at night replaced it with oat but for me i dont like oat so just use fruit to feel yor needed. Because only 1 apple already make me full if im hungry at night, if 1 cannot satisfied your hunger, take two is no harm. Keep repeating it for 2 weeks and see the result, ive experience it myself and its worth it guys. In 2 or 3 days after the second weeks you will feel it like your body is weak and more light, its not weak in bad way but more like healthy and your energy increase. If its two week is still no progress its mean your body is the type to not losing weight easily but dont worry if you keep doing it i guaranteed within 1 month youll lose 1 or 2 kg. But dont worry guys losing 1kg or 2kg in first month is normal. Dont compare it to someone who lose weight easily we have different body so as long as we keep it up and never stop. It imposibble to no seeing any improvement. Above 8pm at night pls avoid eating any heavy dishes especialky fast food

    Trust me, don't stress the movements, worry about your form, feel embarassed for your dancing skills or rhythm... none of that! You're here to feel more energized, confident, feel the music and have fun. This is your moment of crazyness so go make the most of it and screw the aesthetics!       Used this as a finisher after lifting some weights. LOVED it - I’m not the most coordinated person but, you know what they say, dance like no one’s watching! So I did 👍💃🪩. Such fun 😊

    Okay so 3rd day here. I completed it fully. Amazing workout. I will be updating for 7 days straight, in sha Allah. I am hoping to at least lose 2 kg(4.4 pounds). Pray for me. This weight loss journey has been so hard for me, y'all.

    I never tried dancing to lose weight, I lately used weights but instead of losing weight it triggered my eating disorder and i thought that i should try doing dances one week and the next one lifting, i think it will work and i’ll use this dance 3 times per week plus another 3 ones added with a calorie deficit to see if i’m gonna see results! Thank you for your dance, it made me sweat af

    I did this workout for a week and the results are good. I can see that my shoulder hump has reduced which is a good sign :) and I'm going to continue it for a month to have better results and i didnt do any diet its a go to workout i love doing thissss

    Day 1 - Tired but i completed full workout cuz it having so fun ❤
    I am feeling so active ❤
    Day 2 - Little cramps in thigh but completed it till end ❤ Finds little changes in body like flexibility 🎉

    Wow!! Like WOW! So here u got 16 year old asthmatic girl who just got off her corticoïdes that made her gain 2kg and puffed her face up! I didn’t work out for like 3 months because ✨ i couldn’t✨ and i started these days to get myself out of my misery 😭 anyways this got me sweating like a rat and i felt proud that i could finish it!! Thank uuuu

    Day 4 : did it again yay super happy with all the sweat obvo...
    Day 5: still going on...

    doing it 2-3x a day until I'm satisfied with the results ♡
    day 0: I did it late just to try it so I only did 5 mins but I already love it!

      I did another workout today and I had to give myself one extra break towards the end. For some reason I have less energy than yesterday but still managed to pull it through! I'm also trying to not eat more than 1300kcal a day as I'm trying to lose weight and get toned. I'll do some squats and sit-ups now. See you tomorrow :)

      Was really debating whether I should workout today as I'm really sore from the last two days. Anyways, I'm glad I actually did! Warmed-up by cleaning the whole apartment then jumped right into this workout. I'm off to do some squads + sit-ups now. Hope to be back tomorrow! :)

      Hii, I just finished my workout for today (including squats and sit-ups)! My joints were hurting a little but I still managed to pull the whole dance workout with one extra break :) I'm thinking of skipping tomorrow to let my body rest a little, but we will see.
